I’m really pleased to announce that this September I’ll be running a 6-week Nutrition & Wellbeing After Breast Cancer workshop for the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven.
This is a project that is particularly close to my heart. Having been through my own experience of cancer, I understand that finishing treatment can feel like a huge milestone, but it can also leave you wondering, “What now?”
Over the six weeks, we’ll explore practical, realistic ways to nourish the body, support wellbeing and how important ‘Me Time’ is after breast cancer treatment, with plenty of discussion, food ideas, tasting and time to connect with others.
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to deliver this workshop through the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven, and I’m really looking forward to meeting the women taking part.

I have completed additional practitioner training, recognised by BANT (the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), to further support clients living with and recovering from cancer through evidence-informed nutritional care.
