Group Courses and Programs

Ideal for when more generalised help is needed

Group programs and courses look to empower you to make those important diet and lifestyle changes whilst in a supportive group environment. Supplement recommendations are generally not given unless you add on a 1-2-1 appointment so that a full case history and suitability check is taken. Discounted packages are available at the end of the group program if you feel you are ready to take the next step.
